The visitor centre on the southern edge of town, in the building that Wikipedia and the company both describe as the former Aros Centre; the company says it took the building over in March 2022. You can watch candles being made in the workshop through the shop window, buy candles and Skye-themed gifts, eat at Gasta Pizzeria and Bar, and the same building holds An Stiùideo, a wellness studio, and LAS Cinema, Theatre and Events. It is about 1.3 km from Somerled Square in a straight line. Shop and workshop hours are not stated on the company's visitor centre page.
