An island bakery established in 2007 by Barry and Liza Hawthorne to make shortbread and oatcakes on Skye, which now also bakes breads and cakes and makes preserves. Its own site says the bakery's produce is sold at farmers' markets each weekend and on Somerled Square every Thursday, and it takes advance orders for packed lunches. The site does not give shop opening hours, so look for the Thursday stall in the square or order ahead.
