About

Oxford's Victorian Gothic grande dame on Beaumont Street, opposite the Ashmolean, a city landmark since 1866 with 151 rooms now run under Hilton's Graduate flag. The Morse Bar is named for the fictional inspector who drank here on screen, The Alice restaurant and the Drawing Room's afternoon tea carry the literary theming, and there is a spa below stairs. The location is as good as the building: the Ashmolean over the road, St Giles alongside, and everything central within ten minutes on foot.
