An original Victorian three-storey seaside house on Melbourne Road, directly on the seafront above Milsey Bay, open all year. It is the classic East Bay position: you cross the road and you are on the sand, the High Street is about five minutes away and the station about ten. Rooms are straightforward and the owners are clear that they aim at singles, couples, families and golf parties rather than at a boutique market. They also let self-catering accommodation separately, so make sure you are booking the B and B if that is what you want.
