About

The Greenway Ferry runs from Dartmouth Town Pontoon up the river to Greenway Quay, the landing below the house that was Agatha Christie's holiday home and is now the National Trust's. It is the operator that runs the service on the National Trust's behalf, and it says it pre-books timed entry to the house for its passengers and runs a car from the quay up to the house for anyone less mobile. Sailings are every day from 1 March to 1 November; departures from Dartmouth listed on its page were 10.00 (peak season only), 11.00, 12.00, 13.00, 14.30 and 15.30, with returns from Greenway through the afternoon. Ferry fares do not include entry to Greenway, which is free for National Trust members. Tickets are sold online, on the boat or at the booking office near Boots in Dartmouth.
