A Chester-based artisan chocolate maker, founded in 2014 with the aim of bringing handmade chocolate to the North West, now producing daily from a shop inside the newly reopened Chester Market. The company also runs a second shop in Altrincham Market, but Chester Market is the production base and the natural place to visit.
Independent Chester cheesemonger since 1995: over 200 cheeses, strong on Cheshire producers, supplying several of the city's own restaurants.
Known for: Cheshire cheese and other regional farmhouse cheeses
