A small, plant-led tasting menu restaurant on Mill Road, working directly with regional farmers and growers to build entirely meat-and-fish-free menus around what is actually in season. The format is a single set tasting menu with paired drinks, served over four evening sittings a week rather than nightly, a deliberate choice the restaurant is upfront about as part of running sustainably rather than at full commercial pace. Tables are released and paid for in advance through Tock, a month at a time, from midday on the first Tuesday of each month; popular dates sell out within the release window.
