The Old New Inn
Rissington Road, Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire GL54 2AF
About
The inn on Rissington Road with the Model Village in its back garden. Its own history says it was built in 1712 as the New Inn, and the landlord in the 1930s built the model village to bring visitors in. The restaurant serves a day menu from 12pm to 3pm and dinner from 6pm to 8.30pm Monday to Saturday, with dinner specials, and only the Sunday lunch menu on Sundays, from 12pm to 4pm. The bar is open daily until 10.30pm last orders. It calls itself dog friendly and books tables on its own site. Model Village visitors get 10% off meals on weekdays outside the summer months; the hotel runs regular theme nights, listed on its What's On page.
