Mary Shelley was living in Bath in 1816 when she wrote Frankenstein, and this attraction on Gay Street tells her story and the monster's. It is a multi-sensory museum, with unusual artefacts, soundscapes and even smells, covering her unconventional and often tragic life and the long afterlife of her creation in film and popular culture. There are escape rooms too.
