Award-winning organic cheese made by hand at Park Farm in Kelston, on the hills a few miles west of the city, with milk from the farm's own herd. The range runs from the square, bloomy Bath Soft Cheese to Bath Blue, Wyfe of Bath and the washed-rind Merry Wyfe, and the farm runs its own shop and cafe with kitchen service through the day and Sunday lunches. A proper farm-gate visit rather than a shopfront: you can see where the milk comes from.
