About
Every Saturday morning under the Victorian glass roof of Green Park Station, a former railway terminus, Bath's farmers' market has been trading since 1997, which makes it one of the longest-running in Britain. The trader line-up rotates weekly across local meat, cheese (including Bath Soft Cheese), bread, vegetables, cider and preserves, and the station's cafes and street-food units trade around it. Go before noon for the full choice; it runs 09:00-13:30. The station is five minutes' walk west of the centre, next to the Sainsbury's, and combines neatly with a Walcot Street food crawl for a self-catered Bath weekend.
