Bath's only Michelin-starred restaurant, in the lower ground floor of the Queensberry Hotel on Russel Street, a few minutes below the Circus. Executive head chef Chris Cleghorn cooks seasonal tasting menus, and the room has held its Michelin star every year since first winning it in 2018, alongside four AA rosettes. It is a proper occasion restaurant rather than a drop-in: cancellation terms are strict and the menus change with the season, so book ahead and check the current menu before committing. Vegetarian and pescatarian versions of the tasting menus are offered.
