About
Third-generation Waterford bakery, baking the Waterford Blaa since 1921. The Blaa, a soft white floury bread bun granted EU Protected Geographical Indication status in 2013, is produced here every morning. Walsh's is one of two PGI-status blaa bakeries still operating inside Waterford city.
