The largest Waterford Crystal retail showcase in the world, on the Mall in the city centre. Pieces are produced on-site by a small heritage workshop where every item is hand-marked, cut, and polished. The visitor-experience tour and the retail showcase share the same building; you can walk through the workshop on the tour and pick up a piece downstairs without booking the tour.
