The town's special-occasion restaurant, in the old Munster and Leinster bank building on Church Street, with the Victorian fireplaces and ceiling work intact. Run by Cathal Leonard and Sarah Ryan, it works to two tasting menus, an eight-course vegetarian option and a dinner menu, both built on seasonal Irish produce, with matching wines if you want them.
