Operating since 1994 in a converted shirt factory on Lower Main Street, the Yellow Pepper keeps its original stone walls and Victorian cast-iron beams and pairs them with a menu of steaks, seafood and contemporary Irish dishes across an a la carte, value and blackboard offering. It is one of the longest-running independent restaurants in the town centre.
