Torc Waterfall

← All things to do

About

Torc is a twenty-metre cascade on the Owengarriff River, a few minutes' walk up a wooded path from a car park on the N71 south of the town. It is one of the easiest big rewards in the park, busiest in the middle of the day and best after rain, when it is at full volume. A steeper set of steps beside the falls climbs to a viewpoint over Muckross Lake and connects into the longer Torc Mountain and Old Kenmare Road walks.
