Mulcahy's
Main Street, Kenmare, Co. Kerry
About
Mulcahy's has been a fixture on Main Street since 1995, chef Bruce Mulcahy's contemporary restaurant and one of the more adventurous kitchens in Kenmare, with occasional Japanese and international touches alongside Kerry produce. It is listed in the Michelin Guide, though it does not hold a star, and it is the sort of place that rewards a proper evening at the table. The room is intimate and the cooking ambitious for a town this size. Reservations are advised, and the opening days can be limited in the quieter months, so check before you go.
