Treacy's is the hotel on Templeshannon, on the east bank of the river between the bridge and the railway station, which makes it the easy choice if you are arriving by train. It has standard, deluxe and family rooms in the main building and the Slaney Suites in a separate building on Station Road. Downstairs there is a restaurant, Chang Thai, the Temple Bar and the D-Bar, and the hotel markets itself for hen and stag weekends, so a Saturday night can be lively. Guests get free use of the Waterfront pool and leisure centre directly across the road. Parking behind the hotel is free for guests but limited, first come first served.
