Cook's Lane is a café by day and a wine bar with tapas in the evenings, set around a covered courtyard in the town's laneways. Evening service runs Thursday to Saturday, when it turns into one of the nicer spots in Ennis for a glass of wine and a few small plates rather than a full dinner. The covered courtyard makes it work whatever the weather. A good option for a relaxed, grazing kind of evening.
