Dingle Oceanworld sits on the harbour front by the marina and is the town's all-weather family attraction, an aquarium with a walk-through ocean tunnel, sharks, rays, a penguin colony and tanks of local Atlantic species. It is the obvious move on a wet afternoon when the Slea Head road is closed in by rain, and it has a genuine conservation and rescue role alongside the displays. Tickets are cheaper booked online, and it is open daily through the year. Allow an hour or two.
