About

The Little Cheese Shop on Grey's Lane is the town's cheese counter and the retail home of Dingle Peninsula Cheese, the raw-milk cheeses Maja Binder makes at Castlegregory using sea vegetables, the flagship being Dilliskus, studded with dillisk seaweed. Alongside the peninsula's own cheeses it carries a well-chosen range of Irish and continental ones, plus the smoked fish and seaweed products her husband Olivier makes under the On the Wild Side label. It is the best single shop for taking the peninsula's dairy home.
