A photographer with a studio and gallery on Main Street who works across Mayo and Galway and whose landscape work is specifically about this place: she has published a book simply called Cong, and her photograph of the Monks' Fishing House is the one the Office of Public Works uses on its own Heritage Ireland page for the monument. The gallery is the one shop in the village where what is on the wall was made here rather than imported for the trade.
