A Cashel institution since 1968, Chez Hans serves classic and modern European cooking inside a deconsecrated Wesleyan chapel on Moor Lane, in the shadow of the Rock. The high stone interior and the long-standing kitchen have made it a destination dinner for decades, the place locals book for an occasion. Its little sister Cafe Hans next door handles the lunchtime crowd.
