Vittos
Market Yard Centre, Main Street, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim
About
Vittos has been feeding Carrick since 2004 and is the room families and boat crews default to when nobody can agree. The menu is long on purpose: pizza and pasta made with Italian flour and durum, a chargrill section doing steaks, burgers and chicken, seafood, salads, and separate gluten-free and lighter menus. It opens every evening and runs from lunchtime on Saturday and Sunday, which makes it one of the few places in town that can take a large group on a wet Sunday afternoon without notice. Bookings go through a form on their own site; for a table of six or more, phone instead.
