About
The Cistercian monks of Caldey Island, a mile and a half offshore from Tenby harbour, make their own chocolate and the island's well-known perfume on the island itself, a genuine working monastic industry rather than a gift-shop brand. Products are sold in the island's own shop, reachable only by the harbour ferry crossing described in the Caldey Island boat trip activity.
