About
A glass-walled dining room built out over the beach on Bruce Embankment, directly behind the Royal and Ancient Golf Club, so almost every table looks straight out over St Andrews Bay and West Sands. Executive chef Davy Aspin runs a kitchen built on daily-delivered, sustainably sourced seafood, with a seasonal menu that changes with the catch. It is the most photographed dining room in town for good reason, and the view is as much the draw as the food.
