About
The town museum on Station Road, by Fitz Park, about five minutes' walk from the Moot Hall. It is set across three galleries: a main room of geology, archaeology and Lakeland curiosities, a special exhibitions room (showing Outside In, an immersive landscape exhibition, when read in October 2026) and a community gallery for local groups. Its collections cover fine art, the Keswick School of Industrial Arts, literature and the history of tourism in the town. Every ticket is valid for twelve months. The museum says it is fully accessible for wheelchairs, buggies and assistance dogs, and it has a cafe.
