A distillery and brewery on Ness Bank, right on the river, which says it uses energy from the Ness to power the distillery and calls its brewery low carbon. It makes whisky on single malt principles and pours five of its own craft beers in the taproom. Tours run from an entry-level introduction up to expert-led master maker tours, booked online. The site does not say whether any whisky is on sale yet, so ask at the bar.
