A city-centre brasserie at 1 Ness Walk, by the west end of the Ness Bridge, which describes itself as the original Rocpool Restaurant, established in 2002, with riverside views. It serves lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, with an early evening menu on weekdays only, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Booking is online through its reservation calendar, or by phone for the same day. A card is needed to secure a table, and the restaurant charges £20 a head for a no-show or for cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice. It is a separate business from the Rocpool Reserve hotel on Culduthel Road.
