The menu is built on fish and shellfish, sourced locally and beyond in the restaurant's own words: oysters, crab, mussels, langoustines, clams, halibut and bass all appear on its site. It opens in the afternoon and evening, Tuesday to Saturday, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Book through the form on its contact page or by phone; the restaurant says it cannot take email bookings for the same day or within 24 hours. A local on the Inverness subreddit recommended it for seafood and steak and warned that it is not cheap.
