About
A bistro on Castle Street, just below the castle, whose proprietor is Norman MacDonald MBE. The restaurant says it has its own farm, Holly House on the Black Isle, and aims to cook with the freshest local ingredients. The week is uneven, so read the hours: afternoons and evenings on Monday and Tuesday, a lunch and a dinner sitting on Wednesday and Thursday, all afternoon and evening on Friday and Saturday, and closed on Sunday. Tables are booked through OpenTable from the restaurant's own Book Now link.
