A small-batch gin distillery in the village of Grantchester, a short punt or riverside walk upstream of Cambridge, running guided tasting tours that include a meadow walk, botanical education and the chance to build a bespoke gin recipe, alongside a shop selling the core range. The distillery also operates the separate Cambridge Gin Laboratory in the city centre with different, shorter class formats for those who cannot make the trip out to Grantchester.
