Hart's Bakery

Temple Meads Station, off Lower Approach Road, Bristol

About

An artisan bakery operating out of a Victorian railway arch built into Bristol Temple Meads station, with all production done in one open space so customers can watch the bakers at work while eating. The range runs to sourdough loaves, handmade pastries, seasonal cakes and savouries, with a small seating area for coffee, breakfast or lunch right by the station. It is a genuine working bakery rather than a station kiosk, popular with commuters and a natural stop before or after a train.
