A tapas bar with rooms on Holyhead Road that puts Spanish small plates next to Welsh ones. Its listings say the meat comes from local farms, the eggs are free range and the cheeses are from Eryri, with north Wales coast seafood where it can get it, and there is a brunch menu and vegetarian and vegan dishes. Its own site says it is an adults-only space (children 14 and over are welcome with an adult), most tables are for two and groups are capped at six, and it takes walk-ins on quieter evenings but advises booking in summer, with a £15 a head charge for no-shows and cancellations inside three hours. Opening days change with the season, so book or check before you plan a meal around it.
