A guided walking tour of the planned town that takes in the Octagon, the Mall, Bridge Street and the stories behind them, from the Browne family and the canalised river to the town's music and characters. It starts at the Town Hall Theatre on the Octagon and runs about ninety minutes. It was voted the best walking tour in Ireland in 2019 and 2022.
