Paddy & Nelly, the Westport bike hire people behind our Greenway listing, also send riders out along Clew Bay to a working oyster farm. You ride there at your own pace, then try the oysters at the farm, which has its own visitor centre, café and bar. Guided tours of the farm itself run Wednesday to Sunday at midday.
