A producer-to-consumer market that has run in the town for more than thirty-five years, held every Thursday morning at the Boxing Club on James Street. Stalls bring organic vegetables, home baking, jams and chutneys, free-range eggs, flowers and crafts, with no middleman between the grower and the table. A separate food and craft market runs on the Mall on Saturdays in season.
