A small, family-run bistro in one of the oldest buildings on Bridge Street, opened in 2016 by chef-owner Cian Hayes. It won Best Newcomer and then Best Restaurant in Connaught at the Restaurants Association of Ireland awards in its first two years. Seafood leads, from linguine to hake and scallops, alongside good steaks.
