About
A signed circular drive around Lough Gill starting and finishing in Sligo Town, taking in Hazelwood, Dooney Rock, Parke's Castle across the Leitrim border, and views of the Lake Isle of Innisfree, the small uninhabited island Yeats made famous in his 1888 poem. It's the easiest way to see the lake landscape that shaped so much of Yeats's imagery without committing to a full day's walking.
