A seasonal, ingredient-led restaurant on Rockwood Parade overlooking the Garavogue River, built around locally landed fish such as hake and turbot alongside a shorter meat and vegetarian selection. The name is Irish for "white swan", a nod to the swans that gather on the river just outside the window. The room is casual rather than starchy, and it does double duty as a daytime brunch spot before shifting to an evening dinner menu.
