An eighteenth-century manor house and orangery at Rathkenny, a short drive north-west of Slane, with rooms spread across the house, a courtyard of cottage suites, a lodge and a converted barn and stables. The manor itself has five bedrooms plus the Library Suite and Master Suite, there are seven courtyard cottage suites, and the barn, stables and lodge add twenty-two more bedrooms; breakfast is included in every overnight rate. It is a member of Ireland's Blue Book and Brabazon, its restaurant, is in the Garden Village behind the house. It is also a busy wedding venue, and on wedding nights the manor rooms go to the wedding party, so book early and ask what is on the date you want.
