Inside Out on Chapel Street, the stretch of the N2 running uphill from the Square, opened in December 2016. It was set up by chef James Ausden and front-of-house Edel Healy, who had worked together for a decade before, with the idea of a Mediterranean courtyard dining room cooking local produce with Mediterranean flavours. It is the village's evening restaurant for people who are not staying at the hotel. Ring ahead for opening days and to book a table.
