Set in the former castle stables across The Parade from the castle, the Kilkenny Design Centre gathers the work of Irish makers under one roof, Nicholas Mosse and a good few Co. Kilkenny names among them. It is the one-stop spot if you want to bring home something properly Irish without driving all over the county. There is a cafe upstairs for when your feet give out.
