The Falls is the fine-dining room at Sheen Falls Lodge, the five-star country-house hotel just east of the town, looking out over the floodlit Sheen waterfall that gives it the name. It is the grandest dinner in the Kenmare area, a formal, classical Irish menu built on Kerry produce and the estate's own smokehouse and gardens, with a serious wine list to match. It is a special-occasion room rather than a casual bite, open to non-residents by reservation, and it joined the Michelin Guide's selection in July 2026 (listed, not starred). Book ahead and note any dress code when you reserve.
