Solas is a small Strand Street tapas and wine bar that pairs Irish produce with a Spanish hand, and it has been recognised with a Michelin Bib Gourmand for good cooking at a fair price. The plates are designed to share, the wine list is the focus alongside the food, and the room is intimate enough that booking ahead is the safe move. It is a different register from the town's classic seafood rooms, looser and more contemporary, and it has become one of the most-talked-about tables in Dingle.
