A family dairy near Balla, just outside Castlebar, making traditionally churned fermented country butter and natural buttermilk. Founded in 1990 by Tom and Sheila Butler as Sheila's Country Butter, it is now a Mayo institution, with cuinneog being the Irish word for a churn.
