Forest Park House is a purpose-built, contemporary guesthouse on the N4 right beside the main gate of Lough Key Forest Park, which makes it the place to stay if the park is the point of your trip. Helen runs it, and it has six ensuite bedrooms in twin, double and triple configurations, a guest lounge with a fire and a dining room, with a full Irish or continental breakfast. It is about 3.7 km east of King House as the crow flies, so you will want a car or a bike for the town. Room-only rates are available, and there is a large courtyard for parking.
