The R&A World Golf Museum

← All things to do

About

Formerly known as the British Golf Museum, this is now branded The R&A World Golf Museum, sitting on Bruce Embankment yards from the 18th hole of the Old Course. Its galleries trace over 400 years of golf history through more than a hundred historic clubs and thousands of other objects, mixing the sport's Scottish origins with its present and future. For a town that markets itself as the Home of Golf, it is the obvious place to put that history in context, whether or not you play the game yourself.
