A famously undulating 18-hole putting green run by the St Andrews Ladies' Putting Club, right beside the Old Course's 1st and 18th holes on The Links. Known locally simply as the Himalayas for its steep humps and hollows, it is open to the public on a walk-up basis and is one of the cheapest, least intimidating ways to spend half an hour on genuine St Andrews turf without booking a tee time months in advance.
